Moved from modified DLL to License Generator implementation

Replaced the previous licensing mechanism (based on a modified DLL) with a full-featured License Generator that includes:
- Hardware ID detection
- File and registry-based license storage

The new Generator supports:
- Multiple product types (only UIWinForms Tested)
